Refund and Returns Policy

All custom furniture is final sale, with no returns. We offer a 1-year warranty on every piece, but customers are responsible for arranging transport for any repairs.

We personally hand-pick and test the moisture content of all our wood. However, natural wood can sometimes change over time (such as cracking or splitting), which is beyond our control and not covered by the warranty.

Our metal pieces are cleaned and sealed, but certain humidity conditions can lead to surface rust. For a more durable, moisture-resistant finish, powder coating is available upon request for an additional charge.
